Background

With USAID support, the Capacity Project sponsored an interactive workshop to consider fresh perspectives on supportive supervision, exploring alternative approaches to the standard visiting-supervisor model from within and outside the international health care sector.

This CD documents highlights from the presentations and discussions from this workshop, held on Tuesday, October 25, 2005, at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC, and is intended to encourage, inform and support further innovation in the field.
