Steps:

  • Identify selection of HR-related plans (e.g., 5-year training plan, deployment strategy, nursing division annual work plan)
  • Identify reporting (if any) on each plan to identify progress/gaps
  • Contact key persons to identify key factors determining success/failure
  • Prepare brief note of lessons to be learned; dissemination to planning team
