Methodology

The workshop methodology uses a highly dedicated participatory approach based on the following principles:

• Optimizes participation and input from all
• Places a high value on knowledge sharing since knowledge is distributed among participants
• Emphasizes learning across countries with appropriate technical input from workshop facilitators and staff; discussions are carefully constructed so that participants can address key topics and facilitators can make appropriate inputs to build on the topics as they are discussed
• Aims to create useful future HRH networks and to provide the basis for support and knowledge–based resources to help make such networks useful and sustainable.
