HRH Global Resource Center Continues Strong Growth Print

The Capacity Project’s HRH Global Resource Center (GRC) is a digital library of human resources for health (HRH) resources focused on developing countries.

The number of resources in the GRC has grown to 2,035; a comparative study of 12 websites completed in May confirmed that the GRC is the largest online collection of HRH resources. During January-March, the site received an average of 28,775 visits per month from 171 countries and a total of 86,324 visits for the quarter. Peak use was in March with 31,146 visits. Seventy websites now have links to the GRC, and the GRC newsletter has grown to 396 subscribers.

This quarter, the GRC team produced six resource spotlights and 12 news articles, completed a quality control evaluation of the collection to remove almost 100 outdated resources and provided technical assistance to 71 users.
