Family Planning and Reproductive Health Services Assessed in Tanzania Print

In June the Capacity Project began a human resources management assessment of family planning and reproductive health services in Tanzania.

Project staff met with stakeholders from the Ministry of Health and USAID, reviewed previous HR assessments in Tanzania and discussed logistics for site selection and study sample. Field work continued through July.

A final report (due late August) will issue recommendations for actions to address gaps and improve HR allocation, utilization and management.
