Kenyan Human Resources Staff Build Skills and Competencies Print

To enhance the performance of the Human Resources Directorate of Kenya’s Ministry of Health, the Capacity Project co-funded a three-day course in March for 44 staff.

Bringing these co-workers together in one room for the first time, the course focused on developing their skills and competencies in key areas related to standards, results and productivity.

The Project’s HR Systems Advisor, Ummuro Adano, gave a talk on the strategic role of ministry HR departments in addressing human resources for health challenges in sub-Saharan Africa.
