Capacity Project Conducts Survey on Family Planning Training Guidelines |
The Capacity Project developed an online questionnaire and is completing interviews with health professionals in Rwanda, Uganda and Kenya on key challenges to updating, developing and disseminating national family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) guidelines.
Drawing from online communities of practice and key informants in the three countries, the Project has taken the lead in documenting the management issues that hinder or facilitate adaptation efforts.
This information will inform a report to be included in the FP Training Resource Package under development. The web-based resource package will include an electronic set of up-to-date curriculum components, job aids and other materials for trainers and program managers to help design, implement and evaluate FP/RH trainings and improve worker performance.
