Focused on key aspects of planning, managing and supporting the health workforce, the Capacity Project’s first nine technical briefs have been translated into Spanish.

Topics include human resources for health (HRH) strategic planning, professional associations, motivation, workforce planning, task shifting, collaboration, licensure and accreditation, HR management and retention.

These translations increase the volume of Capacity Project materials that are accessible to Spanish-speaking audiences; other resources include the HRH Action Framework website and the Learning for Performance guide and toolkit. This fall these resources will be used at a series of workshops related to the HRH Action Framework, to be held by the Project in collaboration with the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) in the Andean region, Central America and Caribbean.
