The Capacity Project’s Learning for Performance manual and tools have been translated into French to support health workforce development efforts in Francophone countries.

These are available in print and on this website. Learning for Performance: A Guide and Toolkit for Health Worker Training and Education Programs helps connect learning to specific job responsibilities and competencies.

This approach can shorten the time required for training by focusing learning on what is most essential for the job, and improve job performance by teaching what is relevant to specific duties.
