Paper Synthesizes Promising Practices in Human Resources for Health |

|
The Capacity Project has published a synthesis of promising human resources for health (HRH) practices in four countries—task shifting (Ghana and Uganda), improving retention (Malawi) and strengthening recruitment and rapid deployment (Namibia).
These practices will be shared with HRH planners throughout sub-Saharan Africa as models for possible replication to increase access to vital HIV/AIDS, family planning and reproductive health services.
The synthesis paper is available along with one-page summaries and full reports on each individual practice on the Promising Practices page.
